- Appointment times are estimates; actual arrival times may vary due to prior appointments or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
- A service call or diagnostic fee applies to all appointments and is due upon completion of the diagnostic assessment.
- Repair estimates will be provided before any work begins. You have the right to approve or decline the repair.
- If you decline the repair, only the diagnostic fee will be charged.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- All repairs are covered by a limited warranty as described in our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not extend to other appliance components.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with, misused, or serviced by unauthorized personnel after our repair.
